Is learning disability testing covered by insurance?Typically no. Testing for Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia is considered “non-medically necessary” and requires an out-of-pocket fee.

What does the testing process involve?It’s a 3-step process:
How long does the full evaluation take?Testing is completed in one day, but scoring, interpretation, and feedback may take several weeks depending on complexity.
What should I bring to my appointment?Any relevant medical records, a list of medications, and previous evaluations. A good night’s sleep and a healthy meal also help.
Can I request additional testing during the process?Yes. Let your clinician or intake coordinator know if you’d like to add learning disability testing—it requires an extra day.

Do you test for ADHD and Autism? Yes. We now offer ADOS testing.
Do you offer learning disability testing?Yes—for Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia. This is not covered by insurance and requires a second testing day.
